Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about how the planner works, what's free, what's Pro, and how we keep things accurate. Still have questions? Contact us.
Yes. You can generate complete day-by-day itineraries, export to PDF, and open every place in Google Maps without paying or signing up. Pro ($9/month) unlocks higher refinement limits, ad-free browsing, and priority generation queues.
Anonymous visitors get 3 refinements per trip. Signed-in users get 5. Pro subscribers get 10. Each refinement is a single AI regeneration — you can stack multiple changes (e.g. 'more museums' + 'cheaper dinners') and apply them as one batch to save your quota.
Yes. We pull live availability and pricing from Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, and Viator. When you click through and book, we earn a commission — that's what funds the free planner. Prices and rooms shown are exactly what you'll see at checkout on the partner site.
Transit times come from the Google Maps Routes API with travel mode set to TRANSIT. Subway lines, bus numbers, and walking transfers reflect current schedules, not AI guesses. Live disruptions are not yet factored in — check the operator's app on the day of travel.
Yes. Switch the planner to multi-city mode to add 2–10 stops with per-leg dates and inter-leg transport (flight / train / bus / car / ferry). The AI sequences activities per city and optimizes pacing so you don't get stuck doing museums on travel days.
Halal, kosher, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, pescatarian, dairy-free, and nut-free. The AI filters restaurant recommendations to match — you can stack multiple dietary filters in one trip. Coverage is best in major metro areas; remote destinations may fall back to general recommendations with notes.
English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. The entire itinerary — including descriptions, restaurant notes, and transit instructions — is generated in your chosen language.
Trips are stored only if you save them while signed in. Anonymous trips live in our cache for 30 days then expire. We use Google Analytics with Consent Mode v2 — analytics cookies fire only after you accept in the cookie banner. See our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy for the full breakdown.
Yes. Every trip has a public share link, and you can download a clean PDF or open the day's stops in Google Maps with one tap. Group editing is on the Phase 2 roadmap.
The model generates from training data which has a cutoff date. We re-verify every place against Google Places before showing it, so closures are usually caught — but edge cases happen. Use the Refine panel to ask for replacements; it'll regenerate that slot with fresh suggestions.
